FUUAST Islamabad offers Cisco Approved Courses

Federal Urdu University, Islamabad Campus in collaboration with Management Hive, a management consulting & training firm, offers a comprehensive CISCO Certified Network certification program designed for students seeking career oriented, enterprise level networking skills.
These certified programs help students develop the skills needed to succeed in ICT related degree and diploma programs and prepare for the CISCO certifications. It provides a theoretically rich, hands-on learning experience covering advanced routing, switching, and troubleshooting skills.
The curriculum has been designed to reflect the job skills and responsibilities that are associated with professional level job roles such as network engineer, systems engineer, network support engineer, network administrator, network consultant, and system integrator.

Computer lab inaugurated at FUUAST

KARACHI Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser on Friday inaugurated the state-of-the-art computer laboratory in the Department of Computer Science and Information Science, FUUAST. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony held at the university’s main campus, the FUUAST VC Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser, who is also serving as KU VC, said the research work was considered as an identity of any university.  “The FUUAST has established various latest laboratories in many departments during the last four years. Department of Computer Science is one of the said departments, where students are engaged in their research work day and night.
